Terms: Delivery and Refunds


We aim to dispatch your order within 3-4 days. However occasionally an item may be temporally out of stock, or the artist may need time to schedule the drawing of a remarque sketch. If this is the case we will inform you and you will receive your order within 21 days.

Prints are normally dispatched by recorded delivery, packed in strong cardboard tubes.

Refunds / Exchange

In the unlikely event that any limited edition print purchased from Equestrian Gallery is not in perfect condition when delivered to you, please notify us in writing within three days of delivery and return it to us within fourteen days of delivery. We will then replace the item and refund your cost of postage.  Original works on paper may have minor creases caused during the painting process or in storage and these are not considered defects.  Any significant creases will be listed in the description of the artwork

If upon receipt of an item purchased from Equestrian Gallery you wish to exchange it, you may return it in perfect condition within fourteen days of delivery, together with notification of your alternative selection of at least the original value. We will then dispatch your alternative selection and if appropriate charge any difference in cost to your card.

None of the above affects your statutory rights.


Notwithstanding the product prices shown on the website, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order is processed. Despite our best efforts, an item shown on the website might be mispriced, perhaps as a result of price changes that are implemented at or about the time of your visit to the website. However, we do not charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, your sole recourse is cancellation of your order.

Product Descriptions 

We attempt to describe our products offered as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by us and purchased by you is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a conforming replacement, refund or credit.


We are not liable for any financial damage (including but not limited to the cost of any replacement purchase) that may occur because of non-timely arrival or any lack of availability or conformity of the product.

Privacy Policy:

We guarantee that neither your email address nor any other contact details you provide will be sold or passed on to any other organization or individual.
